1. Released (play)  
Written for my sister-in-law who passed away from breast cancer, this song is dedicated to Susan, and her children and celebrates her life.

2. Autumn (play) 
Autumn represents one of the greatest changes seen in the four seasons. For me, it also represents the chapters of one's life.

3. Memories (play)
The flowering of a new relationship is marked by new memories.  This song celebrates such memories for me.

4. Surreal (play)
There are events that occur that bring one to a state of awe such as the birth of a child or the infinite space of the night sky above.  Such states I call surreal.

5. Eyes of a Child  (play)
The world seen through a child's eyes is untainted by conditioned experiences.  These first experiences are the most real and true.  During college, I was inspired to write this piece while I was working with orphan children in Mexico.

6. Equanimity (play)
Chaos causes the ripples on the surface of water while there is an infinite calmness and depth below. This song is intended to bring about that calm state of equanimity.

7. A Beginning (play)
Impermanence is evident in every process. For every change comes a new expression. It is change that marks an end as well as a new beginning.

8. The Path (play)
What defines an experience is the unpredictable and unknown path ahead. On this journey, I wish for each of us to find peace.

9. This Dream (play)
Life unfolds so quickly and elusively like a dream slipping through our fingers like sand. Live this dream to the fullest.

10. Carousel (play)
Listen to the laughter coming from children on a carousel. Find the joy in the simplicity.
